What you see above — a larger than life-size bust of Kevin Bacon made entirely out of bacon — is the work of artist Mike Lahue. J & D Foods, a Seattle-based company that makes bacon products, in partnership with bacon-crafting website What Do Bacon Do?, commissioned the sculpture, which is currently for sale on eBay to benefit Ashley’s Team, a group that helps childhood cancer patients and their families. But before you place a bid, be warned: this piece of pop art has been well-lacquered, and thus is not edible. (It also reminds us more of a Bacon Conan O’Brien.) [via Neatorama]
