Perhaps this is just our generational bias talking, but doesn’t it seem like the best TV Halloween specials happened in the ’90s? That was the decade when The Simpsons debuted (and made their strongest) “Treehouse of Horror” specials. Roseanne was also a big fan of Halloween hilarity.
