What’s On at Flavorpill: The Links That Made the Rounds in Our Office

Today at Flavorpill, we read a friendly, psychedelically illustrated note from John Lennon to his ex-wife, Cynthia. We learned why Insane Clown Posse has gone so long without playing a New York show (hint: the answer involves Faygo). A handy infographic helped us figure out how to make people — that is, ourselves — feel old using movie release dates. We got our first glimpse of what may be the “Newspaper Album” artwork for the physical release of Radiohead’s King of Limbs. We vowed to stay away from these terrible dating-advice books and added these indie rock-themed books to our summer reading list. We found out what it would be like to live in IKEA (if you’re a bro). We enjoyed some entertaining and highly affordable RuPaul’s Drag Race-themed artwork. We were not terribly disappointed to hear that the final two movies in the Atlas Shrugged series may never get made. And finally, we decompressed by streaming Stevie Nicks’s new album, In Your Dreams.
