New York, Paris, Milan — all great Fashion Weeks. But for lovers of all things avant-garde and technophilic, Tokyo’s Japan Fashion Week is hard to beat. For instance, Designboom brings us word of this absolutely unreal collection of “pixelated” garments (suits, coats, dresses) and accessories (glasses, shoes, tights) by Kunihiko Morinaga of Anrealage. We see influences ranging from Vivienne Westwood to Super Mario and can’t take our eyes off those pixel-heel pumps.
