As you’ve probably noticed, we’re big fans of those tilt-shift videos that make sprawling cities look little and cute, so you can only image how excited we were to come across this clip of Knuffingen Airport at Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg, Germany — which is actually the real deal. The world’s largest model airport, it took six years and $5 million before it was finally ready to open to public last week. Click through to see the airport in action — complete with planes that take off and moving passenger walkways — and let us know in the comments if you think it was worth the effort.
