This bizarre short from German-born artist BRIAN KENNY reminded us that we need to get out of here and go to the gym.

Be warned ahead of time that this is way more unbridled steroid rage than cute, cuddly MICHAEL J. FOX — and if you watch it all the way through to the end, it actually gets pretty freaking creepy.

Kenny lives in New York where he collaborates with Russian author SLAVE MOGUTIN under the suggestive name SUPERM.
