While it’s been a long time since we’ve perused the bulletin board-adorned halls of school, that doesn’t mean we can’t be envious of the abundance of studious goodies kids get to dig through every September. But, you see, it’s not just any ol’ kind of pen, pencil, or paper that we desire — no, we want classroom tools of the needlecraft variety, courtesy of unique artist, Megan Whitmarsh. In her latest series, simply titled School Supplies, the Los Angeles-based artisan fashioned the Sharpies, calculators, and sheets of loose-leaf paper collection out of embroidery thread, fabric, and batting.
