If Matheiken is going to simply lift a 19-year-old idea from the artist Andrea Zittel, she should at least admit it — and at least come up with her own “title” for her project, instead of taking Zittel’s idea AND Zittel’s title. And how naive of Sarah Sternberg to not even bring it up. Flavorpill doesn’t even do any research?

To answer these questions: the dress may be available to buy after the project is over, but it is still in discussion. As for the washing, she has 7 versions of the dress, so enough to be able to wear it and keep it clean!
