Today at Flavorpill, we felt sparkly reading this history of glitter bombs. We wondered if we should tie the knot with Pizza Hut. We got nostalgic for film. We watched a short video about Gordon Matta-Clark and Carol Goodden’s conceptual restaurant. We were scared by nature. We read this 1928 letter to 16-year-old Jackson Pollock from his dad. We were impressed by this banjo kid. We thought this Wes Anderson and Ja Rule collaboration worked. We wanted to play with this Star Wars Millennium guitar with working lights and sounds. We wanted to eat all of these designer pops. We had a cavalier attitude. And finally, we grew fangs for fashion — at least before we imagined breaking our necks trying to walk around on winter sidewalks.
