Amy Poehler and Adam Scott are aces together in NBC’s Parks & Recreation, and now the duo are teaming up to work together on the Party Down actor’s newest project, A.C.O.D. The comedy finds Scott as Carter — a man who discovers that he was enrolled in a study about children of divorce years ago. Things get a little crazy for his family during a present-day follow-up study. According to Deadline, Poehler is in final negotiations to play the new wife of Richard Jenkins’ character, who happens to be Carter’s dad. Catherine O’Hara plays mom, who doesn’t exactly get along with stepmom Poehler. Shooting is scheduled to start in Atlanta next week, with Stu Zicherman directing. Jessica Alba, Jane Lynch, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead also star. If A.C.O.D. is as fun as its cast combo sounds, then this could be a winner. Will you be watching when it hits theaters?
