The full-length theatrical trailer for Ridley Scott’s much anticipated Prometheus premiered at WonderCon yesterday. Starring Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Guy Pearce, Idris Elba, Charlize Theron, and Logan Marshall-Green, the film “creates a groundbreaking mythology in which a team of explorers discover a clue to the origins of mankind on Earth, leading them on a thrilling journey to the darkest corners of the universe. There, they must fight a terrifying battle to save the future of the human race.” The film that was originally meant to be a prequel to Scott’s classic and much-lauded film Alien, but evolved into a new story altogether, and the new trailer has gotten us a little excited.
