That is not Estonian, "Clopotul de sticlă" is Romanian.

The second and third covers shown for Faber, 1966, are in fact much later - the second one is from 2001 (see here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Bell-Jar-Sylvia-Plath/dp/0571081789/ ). Faber didn't adopt the 'ff' logo until the 1980s, so the covers shown couldn't predate then.

I've got number 3 (published as Victoria Lucas) but without its jacket (bought in Hay on Wye in 1988 for a fiver). I've always wondered what the jacket design was - now I know!  If anyone out there has a spare I'd love to reunite my copy with it. I'm not sure whether it's worth anything without a jacket, but I wouldn't sell it anyway. I've had several of the other copies which I've passed on, keeping only a number 8, bought in Northampton, Mass (along with a lovely first edition of Johnny Panic) in 1981. Liz

The spanish edition you show, is actually the italian edition.

Mine is the Bantam Books 1972 edition. It's a pretty good cover. I got it for 50 cents.
