A better percussionist than a rapper BY FAR. No voice, and it's just another crack-ghetto-ho rap if you understand the lyrics. Good musicianship though!
BTW, there are lots of hip-hop multitaskers–look up Killa Kela and Flutebox, for example.

Looks like he is doing the 'kick' with his right-hand wrist bone. That right-hand does most of the work.
Even more than just rhyming, the kid would make a great producer. Innate rhythm monster – and his lyrics weren't bad, I've learned not to expect the world from the kids – gotta give them something new to express yknow?
