		<description>Based on the samples, it seems to me that the songs that shade toward the &quot;Great American Songbook&quot; - such as Winter Wonderland, Silver Bells, The Christmas Song, etc. - are far, far more successful than the straight-up carols. In fact, I found his jazzy, bluesy &amp; amused take on those songs quite charming. I can certainly imagine picking up a few of those tracks to spice up a 2009 holiday mix. That said, that this project is beyond quirky (certifiable, in fact) is without a doubt. </description>
