Warner Bros. just debuted the first teaser for their reboot of A Nightmare on Elm Street, which will star Jackie Earle Haley (Rorschach from Watchmen) as Freddy Krueger. Haley’s version of the classic character looks a little different and seems like less of a wise cracker than the Krueger we all grew up on, but we find that rather refreshing. Music video director Samuel Bayer is making his feature debut here, so it will be interesting to see what kind of crazy visuals he comes up with for the different dreamscapes.
