Bobbi Kristina Brown, the only child of the late singer (and legend) Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown was moved to hospice care today, her family said in a statement. They added, “We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”

The 22-year-old—who is a reality television and media personality, singer, and the sole heir of her mother’s estate—was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her home earlier this year by her boyfriend Nick Gordon and another male friend.

A lawsuit filed today by Bobbi Kristina Brown’s conservator accuses Nick Gordon of assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and transferring money from Brown’s account into his own without authorization. It claims that Gordon had previously punched Brown in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and had dragged her upstairs by her hair. According to the lawsuit, Brown was also found face-down in the tub, with her mouth swollen and another tooth knocked out.

The police have been treating Brown’s case as a criminal investigation, although no charges have been brought yet.
