Dr. Dre Shares Never-Released Tracks From His Massive “Vault”

Dr. Dre shared a few previously unreleased songs on The Pharmacy, his show on Apple Music’s Beats 1 Radio, Saturday.According to Pitchfork, Dre played three songs from his recording “vault” over the course of his 70-minute show; “Naked,” a Dre track featuring Marsha Abrosius and Sly Paper, a new song from Anderson .Paak called “The Season / Carry Me,” and Pusha T’s remix of Drake and Meek Mill’s song “R.I.C.O.”

During the show, Dre revealed that he’s recorded far more music than any of his fans have heard, because most of his music “is not for the public.”

“The majority of it is not for sale,” Dre said. “If you are a recording artist —or any type of artist— everything isn’t for sale.”

That’s great news for Apple Music because, for all we know, Dre can premiere an exclusive new track any time things get stale.
