As previously reported, the sixth season of IFC’s Portlandia will be packed with a slew of guest stars including Louis C.K., The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne, and SNL animator Robert Smigel. Today, IFC has released an official trailer for the returning comedy that gives us a first glimpse at some of their cameos.
Zoe Kravitz shares a kiss with Fred Armisen; Arrested Development’s Alia Shawkat helps Carrie Brownstein attack manbun-sporting men with drones; and Glenn Danzig is sipping wine on the beach with his shirt unbuttoned.
Elsewhere, Women and Women First’s Candace disrobes and gets painted nude; Armisen goes into space; and Brownstein wants to have a baby.
The sixth season of Portlandia will premiere on January 21, 2016 on IFC.
