Radiohead’s Manager Says New Album Out in June

Every tiny step on the way to the release of Radiohead’s elusive new album has been thoroughly documented by some in the media. First they were tweeting, then they were in the studio, then they were tweeting some more! Then they registered a new company, Dawn Chorus LLP, as well as Dawnnchoruss Ltd — the band did the same thing before the release of In Rainbows and The King of Limbs. It was a lot! Now, Radiohead’s manager Brian Message adds the next piece of the puzzle, which is that the thing will probably be out in June. Also, it’ll “be like nothing like you’ve ever heard.”

This news comes after Message was interviewed at an event at London’s Wanstead Pub, though whose to say whether or not Message was telling the truth, or was authorized to tell the truth, or even knows? A June date does seem likely, though, given the band embarks on tour at the end of May — just in time for that summer release.
