As Brandnewnoise, Richard Upchurch creates lo-fi musical gadgets for the 21st century. Each sound box has a specific task (and personality) that you can use to record your own beats, sounds, and music. His playful contraptions caught our eye at the Renegade Craft Fair, but we aren’t alone: The Black Keys, The Flaming Lips, and Moog are also fans.
