CBS Commissions Robin Williams Pilot 'Crazy Ones'

Following the likes of Kevin Spacey, Michael J. Fox, and Eddie Murphy, Robin Williams is the latest major actor to turn to television, according to Salon. CBS has commissioned a pilot of a sitcom called Crazy Ones, centered on the relationship between a father and daughter, and starring the comedian opposite his real-life daughter. Williams last worked in TV on the ABC comedy Mork & Mindy, from 1978 to 1982. He is also set to work on the next Monty Python film and will co-star with Mila Kinus in the comedy feature The Angriest Man in Brooklyn.
