“Offspring Are Blank,” the opening track of Dirty Projectors’ Swing Lo Magellan mixes the familiar and the strange to subtly unsettling effect. The new video for the song has a similar feel, following frontman David Longstreth as he traipses around a vaguely post-apocalyptic construction site in a biohazard suit. It’s not the flashiest video Dirty Projectors have ever made, but it may be the most appropriate.
