Have you ever watched Fox News’ ridiculous morning show, Fox & Friends? If not, just know that no Saturday Night Live parody could ever make its hosts look any sillier than they actually look on a daily basis. Here’s a nice example: Today they discussed Downton Abbey and not only decided that the show is a “a threat to the left” because it features rich people who actually care about their servants, but also discovered, for the first time, as a group, that its title is neither spelled nor pronounced “Downtown Abbey.” Now, if only they’d discover Girls, we’d have some real comedy gold on our hands.
