Writers behind the tell-all book Game Change (turned into an Emmy-winning HBO film) about the 2008 Presidential election that saw Sarah Palin run for Vice-President under John McCain are penning another political story. THR reports that Mark Halperin and John Heilemann are working on Double Down: Game Change 2012 for Penguin, about the race between President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. HBO has already optioned the story, and the website indicates that Game Change director Jay Roach and writer Danny Strong may return for the sequel. Julianne Moore made a great Palin, but who has the best Romney sour puss?
