Just a few weeks ago, when we rounded up our most anticipated albums of 2013, we knew basically nothing about Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ new full-length, except that it was happening sometime this year. But the ignorance ends today, as they’ve dropped a whole lot of information on us: It’s called Mosquito, it’s coming out April 16th, and it features production by Dave Sitek of TV on the Radio and Nick Launay, along with a guest appearance from Dr. Octagon (aka Kool Keith). That’s the cover art above, and you can see both a noisy, minute-long teaser and a video featuring live performances of two new tracks (via Stereogum) below.
