We’ve heard a lot of rumors coming from Comic-Con, but the most epic of them all has just arrived. The LA Times is reporting that Warner Bros. wants to bring together two iconic superheroes: Superman and Batman. They’re expected to unite for the follow-up to the studio’s Man of Steel in a 2015 film. Henry Cavill is expected to reprise his role as Superman, and Zack Snyder will reportedly direct David Goyer’s script. Christian Bale is not expected to return to the role of the Dark Knight. We’re also unsure of Christopher Nolan’s involvement at this time. The DC titans together would certain give Marvel a run for their money. Fun fact: the characters are also uniting in a new comic book series by writer Greg Pak and artist Jae Lee. More as we get it from Comic-Con.
