We love supercuts here at Flavorwire, and this recent find could be the granddaddy of them all. In a particularly ambitious effort, art collective The Anti-Banality Union edited over 100 scenes of gratuitous violence to make a 66-minute film about police brutality. It’s a smart, innovative use of the supercut, and it isn’t even the Anti-Banality Union’s first. They made another, similarly political video in 2011 called Unclear Holocaust, a “feature-length autopsy of Hollywood’s New York destruction fantasy,” which sounds pretty eerily relevant to this year’s releases.
