HBO’s Veep won’t return for its second season until April — which is good news for those of us who were sad to see Girls steal much of its thunder last year. Also good news: this teaser. It only includes a few seconds of actual footage, but those seconds feature Julia Louis-Dreyfus in a ridiculous hairstyle that’s basically Hillary Clinton’s mid-’90s look on steroids.
