We wouldn’t normally send anyone we like to Times Square, but thanks to digital art platform s(edition), six of Tracey Emin’s neon works will be displayed on 15 of the area’s biggest billboards throughout the month of February. “Every year I send Valentines,” she explains. “This year I won’t have to.
