Just as Princess Diana’s death eclipsed everything around it (including the tragic passing of Mother Teresa), Michael Jackson‘s untimely end has made it difficult for anyone else to gain attention. While the King of Pop should certainly be honored for his unquestionable achievements, it’s sad to see his mourning come at the expense of others that have died in the last seven days. What’s on at Flavorpill: Links That Made the Rounds at Our Office

Today at Flavorpill, we laughed at this Transformers headline. We learned about the trends of 2009 from some fifth graders and then went crotch-watching with the Jezzies. We found it interesting that The Daily Beast thinks that HuffPo and Obama are in “cahoots” thanks to a protocol breach. (Shouldn’t we be happy to see another online outlet getting some love?) We enjoyed this video of Ed McMahon on the Tonight Show. We couldn’t believe that Audrina Patridge is getting her own show. We felt bad for this half-Pooh Bear. We were dubious about Twitterature: The World’s Greatest Books, Now Presented in Twenty Tweets or Less. And finally we were happy for these Harvard grads who are relieved about the lack of tempting jobs on Wall Street. Must be nice…
