Gallic prankster Rémi Gaillard is no stranger t0 playing tricks on an unsuspecting public. Now riffing on one of the nation’s most beloved sporting events, Gaillard has created his own mini Tours de France, playfully harassing Sunday cyclists with cheering fans, a support car, trophy-bearing officials, and a male streaker (though we thought that was more of a tennis thing).
