Rob Marshall’s adaptation of Nine — the Tony-nominated play based of Fellini’s 8 1/2) looks a bit like his last flick, Chicago. There’s a lot of playing with light and shadow, interesting casting choices (Daniel Day Lewis? Fergie? Kate Hudson?), and enough spangly outfits and Fosse-inspired dance numbers to satisfy our inner drag queen.
