Our buddies at Urlesque recently ran an interesting piece highlighting those blogs that have been picked up by publishers. One of our favorites on their list: This is Why You’re Fat by Jessica Amason and Richard Blakeley. One that we’re predicting you’ll see next time around — even if writing this makes us uncomfortable — is the recently-launched Dads in Short Shorts. Sure, not all short shorts are creepy, but there’s a good reason short shorts became passe. The possibility that a testicle could fall out is too close to fruition. And when said testicle is attached to a dad… well, let’s just say it’s pretty creepy. And hilarious — which just so happens to be one of the essential elements for scoring a quick book deal.
