Based on the books by American author Ursula K. Le Guin, Goro Miyazaki’s Tales From Earthsea from Studio Ghibli, the Japanese production company behind such anime classics as Kiki’s Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and Spirited Away, tells the story of a wandering wizard named Ged and a troubled boy named Prince Arren. Judging from the trailer, it looks like the film will have plenty of vivid landscapes, suspenseful duels, and emotional close-ups — all set to gentle music. Take a look and see for yourself.
