What’s on at Flavorpill: The Links that made the rounds in our office.

Today at Flavorpill, we giggled as news of a Wilco/Feist collab blew Pitchfork’s mind. We wished that we’d had the idea to start a food meme about bacon – we’d be rich! We tipped our hats at Gaetano Pesce, winner of this year’s Lawrence J. Israel Prize. We were sad that we haven’t met Bjork — maybe it’s time to move to Iceland. We met a better alternative to boring old YouTube videos. We couldn’t believe that Kindle is projected to sell a million by Thanksgiving. Scratch that, we can. We thought about ordering pizza from this great spot in Wisconsin. We had our obligatory Zooey Deschanel moment. We enjoyed this sort of dirty video. We checked out some less thrilling Obama logos. We were pleased to hear that those Judd Apatow/Ghostbusters rumors are totally fake. Sorry Seth. We had an English grandmother moment. We decided that “pull an Arcade Fire” should become a popular slang term. We feared a not-so-killer asteroid way after the fact. And finally, this made us laugh out loud. Too true, Jason Kottke, too true.
