What’s On at Flavorpill: The Links That Made the Rounds In Our Office

Today at Flavorpill, we nearly died when we spotted this bizarre Prince-themed slanket. We decided that Garfunkel and Oates’s newest single “Weed Card” is going to be our official anthem for tomorrow’s 4/20 holiday. We looked at the first color photograph ever taken underwater, which stars a kind of ugly hogfish. We discovered that frequent tweeters have shorter real-life relationships than everyone else. We wondered why games like freeze tag, Wiffle Ball, and kickball are being deemed unsafe now — as opposed to back when we were uncoordinated children. We were mildly disturbed by these drawings of Disney Princesses as household objects. We had our longtime fear of mannequins validated. We got a rare glimpse inside of London’s underground Post Office Railway. And finally, we bookmarked our new favorite Tumblr: gay captions, which pairs vintage illustrations with text like the following: “Fighting over who looked better in the jorts, Hector felt a shiver go down his spine. Was it love, or Trent’s half-nelson?”
