The combination of pop music and experimental literature is long-established art. Whether it’s the Talking Heads’ skewed take on new wave, Kurt Cobain’s legendary sessions with William S. Burroughs, or Miley Cyrus referencing Radiohead, this collision of worlds has lead to some of time’s most resonant and powerful pieces.
