Be Very Afraid: The FDA’s New Warning Labels for Cigarettes

Today, for the first time in 25 years, the FDA has unveiled updated warning labels that will be displayed on every pack of cigarettes sold in this country as of 2012. As you might expect, the featured graphics range from slightly disturbing (a baby sadly eying a cloud of smoke, a lady weeping) to totally gruesome (smoking gushing out of a trach hole, the grossest mouth of all time).
