'Saved by the Bell's' Screech to Appear at Gathering of the Juggalos

We’ll say this for the Juggalos: they have a sense of humor. Yesterday, we learned that none other than Charlie Sheen will appear at this year’s Gathering of the Juggalos, to be held August 11-14 in the lucky burg of Cave-in-Rock, IL. Now, Sound of the City reports the announcement of yet another co-host — and one that we’re frankly far more excited about: Dustin Diamond. That’s right, Saved by the Bell fans, you can see Screech at the 12th annual Insane Clown Posse-sponsored drugs, Faygo, and misogyny free-for-all.

If you haven’t been keeping up with Diamond for the past two decades, don’t worry — you haven’t missed much. He’s shown up on a handful of reality TV shows, most notably VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club, where he distinguished himself as a real piece of work, mouthing off to everyone in sight and attempting to incite physical altercations. In 2006, he released a nauseating-sounding sex tape as a ploy to earn money. And a few years later, he wrote a tell-all book about his time on Saved by the Bell, in which he accuses Mario Lopez of rape, paints the show’s set as a continuous orgy, and boasts about his penis size and the over 2,000 women he says he’s bedded. So, we imagine he and Sheen will have much to discuss about their similarly “winning” lifestyles, and that other winners scheduled to appear at the Gathering — including Bobby Brown, Vanilla Ice, Flavor Flav, MC Hammer, and Chyna — will have quite a bit to add to the conversation.
