As kids, we found the “This Is Your Brain on Drugs” commercials with the frying egg inexplicably terrifying, so we’re not quite sure how we would have reacted to these disturbing new anti-meth PSAs, which were directed by Darren Aronofsky. Remember people, this is the man who brought us the electrocution scene in Requiem for a Dream and all of Nina’s gross scratching and nail peeling in Black Swan. He’s not exactly afraid of making the viewer uncomfortable — or in this case, completely horrified.
