It looks like that Save Greendale campaign worked: Today, at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour, NBC president Robert Greenblatt confirmed that Community will return from its hiatus. “Community is coming back,” he told The Daily Beast in an interview that preceded his TCA appearance. “We just had to get some stuff moved around for midseason, but it’s not going anywhere. I can’t say anything about next season yet, but the fact that people think it’s gone… I need to fix that.” Of course, the news would be a whole lot more reassuring if Greenblatt had also provided a return date — but, as faithful Community fans have always done, we’ll take what we can get. (But, in case you hadn’t heard, what we really want is six seasons and a movie.)
