Though there’s no shortage of pin-up art out there, we especially like Nathalie Rattner’s work because her subjects look like they just stepped off the silver screen — and in the case of her celebrity portraits, it’s actually true. Anne Hathaway as Catwoman and Adrianne Palicki as Wonder Woman look like soft-focus heroines of a Russ Meyer movie, and a scantily clad Marilyn Monroe radiates the actress’s singular je ne sais quoi. But even Rattner’s non-famous models come out looking like film noir femme fatales and old-school burlesque queens.
