The Rolling Stones have graced the big screen (and small) more times than we can count, but never quite like this. According to Deadline, Richard Branson’s Virgin Produced has acquired the film rights to Robert Greenfield’s 2008 book Exile on Main Street: A Season in Hell with the Rolling Stones, and is planning to adapt the book into a drama — not yet another documentary — about the band, focusing on their time recording their classic album Exile on Main Street in the south of France in the summer of 1971, and specifically on the often fraught relationship between Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. All we want to know is, who’s going to play them? Let us know who you’d cast in the comments!
