Today at Flavorpill, we were shocked to see Superman receive a beat-down via the po-po. We were also surprised to hear that a Charles Darwin biopic will open the Toronto Film Festival. We made our ears happy by listening to the new, streaming Dodos album and some acoustic Beck. We laughed delightedly at the slow critters of the world. We vowed never to step into this artistic circle of terror. We were impressed how the “Best Cruise Ever” could simultaneously be the “Worst Cruise Ever.” We braced ourselves for the Simpsons documentary. And finally, we decided to become vampires, since they receive such high ratings.
