In regards to his new, auto-tune bashing single, “D.O.A.,” Jay-Z told Billboard that Kanye West himself was the true inspiration for the song. Props to Kanye for personally allowing Jay-Z to put the final nail in the coffin of the pitch-altering “gimmick.” Feeling particularly quote worthy, Hova also explained, “Now people are using Auto-tune even in Wendy’s commercials, and it’s like, ‘Oh no! That’s has to go!’ It’s become part of main culture. It’s the same thing like when the old lady in Oregon starts saying, ‘bling, bling.’ It’s like, ‘I’m never saying that again.’”
We miss bling, bling.

That was quick. Has anyone really even had a chance to miss bling-bling? Though I suppose I'm partial on the subject seeing as I'm surrounded by white people.
