Earlier @ApolloPlus40 was “live” tweeting the launch to the moon that happened 40 years ago today. Now the Columbia is docked and all is silent. There hasn’t been a tweet for four hours. We were going to make a comparison to @Oprah‘s fickle nature, but then she surfaced on Twitter yesterday to tell us she’d been on a 14-day cruise with “1525 harponians and their families to 5 countries 7 cities.”
We want more space tweets. We want to know what Buzz Aldrin was doing right now. Like, was he getting ready to eat lunch?
On a side note: we’ve decided that we like historical tweets. We hope this is a trend that catches on.
