We’re always on the lookout for beautifully reimagined book covers, and Greek designer Christos Kourtoglou’s collages certainly fit the bill. The artist’s atmospheric works — which we first spotted on Booooooom — combine collage illustrations, drawing, and inky text in a simultaneously playful and sophisticated, bold and delicately detailed series of book covers. The Constructivist-style images and surreal touches renew our appreciation for several famous titles — all of them featured in our gallery, below. See Kafka, Burroughs, and others as lyrical collages past the break.
