We don’t know what it is about twins, but they never fail to fascinate. Indeed, photo projects based on twins are nothing new, but we couldn’t help but fall for French photographer Julie de Waroquier’s Twins Project when we spotted it over at PetaPixel. De Waroquier’s subjects look like characters pulled from fairy tales, bathed in dreamy light and tentative half-smiles, both at ease and slightly strange in their pairs. Click through to see some of our favorites from the series, and then be sure to head on over to de Waroquier’s website to check out the entire set.
