The Age of Stupid combines documentary, animation, and dramatization to warn of the perils of climate change.
The film stars Pete Postlethwaite as a historian living on our battered planet in 2055, with “archival” footage comprised of director Franny Armstrong’s documentary reels. This Monday, its NYC premiere event will be broadcast to theaters in over 45 countries. The event includes a panel with Armstrong, Postlethwaite, Kofi Annan, and Gillian Anderson, plus performances from Moby and Thom Yorke.
Watch a documentary on the making of the film, learn about the science behind it, get involved in the Not Stupid campaign to change history, become a fan on Facebook, and find a screening near you.
