MusicCommentary MP3 Stream Where the Wild Things Are
Stream The Where The Wild Things Are Soundtrack
4:40 pm Monday Sep 28, 2009 by Caroline Stanley

Holy hell: You can now stream the Where The Wild Things Are soundtrack online, which comes out tomorrow via DGC/Interscope. After our emo reaction to Karen O’s “All Is Love” — a dreamy song that we’re convinced is genetically-engineered to make you weep over your lost youth — we’re a tad nervous about listening to the entire thing. (We blame “The Kids,” and their angelic yet spunky “oohs” and “aahs.”) Who knows what repressed Max-like childhood memories this will dredge up? A full-blown quarterlife crisis?

“Worried Shoes,” a Daniel Johnston cover, is an early favorite here at Flavorpill HQ. Which tracks do you like?
